A group of five teenagers have been arrested and charged with numerous offences following an assault and attempted armed robbery of a local man.--NEWS FILE PHOTO

Three 18-year-old individuals, along with two underaged teenagers, are facing multiple charges after a male victim was allegedly shot with a pellet gun and assaulted with bear spray by the group of five last Friday night.
Police say they responded to the attempted armed robbery in the 700 block of Seventh Street SW at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Feb 13 and located three individuals fleeing the area who matched the descriptions provided.
Those three individuals were arrested on scene and found in possession of bear spray, a revolver-style pellet gun and brass knuckles.
Police located and arrested the other two males the following day on Feb. 14.
As a result of the investigation, Chloe Oldford, 18, Conner Moonie, 18, Landan Armstong, 18, and two underaged males who are 16 and 17 years old face a long list of charges related to the robbery.
Oldford has been charged with robbery and was held for a judicial interim release hearing before she was released from custody. Oldford is scheduled to appear before the courts on March 3.

Armstrong has been charged with robbery and assault with a weapon and was held for a judicial interim release hearing before being released from custody. Armstrong is scheduled to appear before the courts on March 3.
An unnamed 16-year-old male has been charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, obstruction of a peace officer, resist a peace officer, carry a concealed weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, knowingly possess a prohibited weapon and fail to comply with a probation order.
He was held for a judicial interim release hearing before being released from custody, and is scheduled to appear before the courts on March 2.
An unnamed 17-year-old male has been charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, obstruct a peace officer, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, carry a concealed weapon and use of an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence.
The teen was held for a judicial interim release hearing before being from custody, and is scheduled to appear before the courts on March 2.
Officers say the 36-year-old male victim sustained minor injuries, however did not require medical attention.
