By Canadian Press on February 11, 2026.

The Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl victory was a popular one with Proline bettors.

Seattle earned its second NFL championship Sunday night, downing the New England Patriots 29-13. Running back Kenneth Walker III earned MVP honours after rushing for 135 yards while the Seahawks’ defence registered six sacks and three turnovers, returning an interception for a TD in the fourth quarter to cement the victory.

According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp., 51 per cent of Proline players backed Seattle’s win while 67 per cent correctly picked the Seahawks to beat the 4.5-point spread. Only 36 per cent picked the under 45.5 total points for the game.

Once the game ended, Seattle head coach Mike Macdonald was doused with yellow/lime green Gatorade. That colour choice was favoured in betting odds (52 per cent) and continued the trend seen in previous Super Bowl victories.

Seattle called tails on the opening coin toss, but it came up heads (67 per cent of bettors were right), giving the Patriots the ball to start the game.

Bad Bunny provided the halftime entertainment. Forty-eight per cent of Proline players correctly bet Bad Bunny’s hair colour would be his natural colour.

Twenty per cent had the hair with a flag design, while 15 per cent bet on pink and 10 per cent on blue. The other choices were multi-coloured (four per cent) and bleached (three per cent).

A whopping 94 per cent of bets correctly had “Titi Me Pregunto” as the first song performed in the halftime show.
