City of Medicine Hat wants public feedback as it develops Airport Master Plan

The City of Medicine Hat is seeking input from residents as they begin work on the Airport Master Plan.

Currently in the first stage of development, the plan aims to guide the future of YXH and establish its long-term vision for the next 20 years. Following the current phase, which includes an impact survey as well as strategic planning, the city will complete an infrastructure assessment with experts before drafting and implementing the plan.

Residents are encouraged to take the online survey from now through to Feb. 8. Those who participate will have a chance to earn a $75 prepaid credit card.

The survey and further detail on the plan are available at shapeyourcity.medicinehat.ca/yxh-airport-master-plan.

Today will also see two engagement popup events, at Station Coffee Company from 7-9 a.m. and the Medicine Hat Public Library from 10 a.m. to noon.
