Due to a water main break at a Cypress County station, some residents of Walsh will be without water until at least Sunday. The break occurred early Friday morning. Since the incident, crews have been able to restore water to all but four of the 38 affected residents. For those with service restored, there is a boil water advisory in effect and the county warns that there may be some spurting due to air trapped in supply lines. Bottled water is being delivered to the fire hall in Walsh (318 Third Ave.) for residents to use. The fire hall will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. 5
