We’re not ignoring you… technical issues caused problems with News email, but it’s fixed

asmith@medicinehatnews.comThe Medicine Hat News editorial team has been experiencing technical difficulties due to ongoing companywide email security upgrades.
These difficulties have included several senders being falsely flagged as spam, as well as being unable to receive any messages sent to the general editorial address of newsdesk@medicinehatnews.com.
Anyone who has been unable to reach the News reporters or editor for the past two weeks is encouraged to reach out again, as it is believed that these issues have now been resolved.

I like the “it is believed” part of this story because it reeks of certain certainty, maybe, we hope I guess the problem may be fixed.
