sports@medicinehatnews.com@MedicineHatNews The Medicine Hat Cubs lost both games over the weekend. The two-game slate started on Friday in Okotoks where they fell 6-1 to the Bisons. Mason Osinski scored the Cubs lone goal in the loss, Kayne Wright made 47 saves. They returned to the Kinplex on Saturday where they were shutout 3-0 by the Cochrane Generals. Marlo DeRosa made 24 saves in the loss, Cochrane’s Isaias Maddigan stopped all 34 shots he faced. The Cubs (7-6-1) are on the road for a pair of games this weekend, facing Cochrane on Friday before taking on the Coaldale Copperheads on Saturday. 7
