Nature walk for nature art at Police Point Nature Centre on Oct. 8

Those inspired by nature are being invited out for some nature-based creative time by the Medicine Hat Interpretive Program in its latest offering.

The program, “Nature Art,” welcomes anyone aged five years old and up to the Nature Centre on Oct. 8 from 11a.m. to noon.

“We’ll explore the world around us while creating art inspired by and using nature,” said park interpreter Rhys Mah Poy.

While the event is free to attend, it does require registration, so those interested are asked to call 403-529-6225 to secure their spot. Participants are advised to dress comfortably for being outdoors for the duration of the program, but all art supplies will be provided.
