County permit approvals include large warehouse build on TR 120

AgroPlus, Inc. is approved to build a new warehouse on a commercial subdivision near Township Road 120, south of Medicine Hat.

A list of approved permits published by Cypress County on June 24 shows an application to operate a crop inputs retail business at No. 3, 12003 Range Road 60A. That is a cul-de-sac of light industrial businesses that is accessible from Township 120.

The permit includes the construction of a 20,000 square-foot warehouse and 2,700 square-foot office.

Lethbridge-based Agro Plus also currently operates in Dunmore and Foremost.

Among other permits was a discretionary relaxation to place 12 work trailers within a setback of Range Road 11 to be used during plant turnaround work this summer near the Empress Straddle plant complex.
