Jayden Skinner, 26, has been arrested and charged with multiple property related offences as police continue to investigate a series of recent thefts.

Last Tuesday, Skinner was arrested following a break and enter that occurred in the area of Cotton Way SW after a photo of Skinner led to his arrest the following day on June 11.

Officers believe Skinner is connected to an unrelated theft as they are still looking for thousands of dollars worth of tools that were stolen alongside two motor vehicles in the Tower Estates area recently. The vehicles have since been recovered, but the tools are still missing.

Skinner was remanded in custody and held for a Judicial Interim Release Hearing.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
