All 3 Sr. HS baseball teams pickup wins

Medicine Hat senior high school baseball teams took care of business Wednesday.

All three of the Eagle Butte Talons, Monsignor McCoy Colts and Hat High Hawks picked up a win Wednesday, with all three teams combining to outscored their opponents 55-1.

Eagle Butte beat Prairie Winds Wild 16-1 with Lucas Dulle leading the offence, tallying five RBIs with three hits and two runs scored. Wade Davies had three hits with two RBIs and two runs scored. Ty Meyer had two RBIs with two hits and a run scored.

On the mound, Ethan Bowey threw four innings, striking out four batters.

The Colts faced the Chinook Coyotes, winning 23-0, with Cole Carlson throwing four shutout innings with six punch-outs.

Pryce Velichko had three RBIs with three hits and three runs scored. Asha Frey had three RBIs with three runs scored on two hits, JJ Harnett scored three times, tallying two RBIs with two hits.

The Hawks beat Prairie Winds 16-0, Treydon Fode worked four shutout innings with three strikeouts.

Dylan Nelson led the offence with four RBIs on four hits, scoring twice. Kyler Suberlak had three RBIs and scored three times, getting two hits. Ryder Much scored three times with two hits and an RBI.

Hat High faced LCI on Thursday, falling 11-9.

Suberlak had three hits, scoring three times with an RBI. Fode had a pair of RBIs and hits, Ryker Miller recorded a hit, RBI and a run scored.

On the mound, Nelson started the game and worked four innings, striking out five batters.

Anii Jimbo threw one inning and Suberlak took over to finish the game, recording two strikeouts in two innings.
