asmith@medicinehatnews.com The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is encouraging residents to get outdoors for World Health Day with a free nature walk. “The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is excited to be hosting a family-friendly nature walk in Police Point Park,” said Genevieve Mathieu, Park Interpreter. “Join us as we walk and talk about some of the ways that spending time in nature can benefit our physical, emotional and mental health.” The walk will take place on April 6, from 2-3 p.m. Those interested are asked to meet on the front patio outside of the Nature Centre. Registration is not required and there is no cost associated with the walk, but participants are asked to dress for the weather, as the program will proceed come rain or shine. 6

And the bonuses are great – there is always something new. For more details, check out lucky star If you like gambling, you will definitely appreciate this site!
