QUÉBEC — A long-serving minister in Quebec’s Coalition Avenir Québec government has resigned amid a scandal over the auto insurance board’s online platform.

Quebec Premier François Legault says Cybersecurity and Digital Technology Minister Éric Caire had become a distraction.
