Medicine Hat Mavericks will get a third summer of TV at Athletic Park.
The Mavs announced the return of infielder Tyler Vanneste for the 2025 season.
The Warman, Sask. product is returning for his third season in the red and white, fourth in the WCBL after playing for the Edmonton Prospects on 2022.
He split time between shortstop and third baseman for the Mavs. Vanneste has totalled 91 games in Medicine Hat across two regular seasons and playoffs. In that span, he had 112 hits, 64 RBIs and a .325 batting average while representing the Mavericks.
He is the second returning player announced by the Mavs, joining first baseman Evan Morrison whose return was announced on Jan. 6.
