Workers at Lethbridge Casino apply for unionization

Workers at Lethbridge Casino have applied to become unionized under the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees, according to the latest update of applications to the Alberta Labour Relations Board.

The union filed the application for certification on Dec. 6, stating that a potential bargaining unit comprises 156 employees of Pure Casino Gaming Corp.

A hearing date into the matter has not been set.
