OTTAWA – Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is convening an emergency first ministers’ meeting at 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
The announcement comes just hours after U.S. president-elect Donald Trump threatened to impose a 25 per cent import tariff on Canada and Mexico the day he takes office in January.
