The Hounds beat the East Kootenay Avalanche 17-3 on Saturday and bested the Lethbridge Hurricanes 6-4 on Sunday. Rylan Johnson had five goals with a pair of assists to lead the Hounds Saturday. Weston Haslbeck and Beckam Sprunger each had three goals with three assists, Teddy Maser had a hat trick and Diesel Bishop had two goals with three assists. Haysten Beich worked a goal with an assist and Hudson Gilchrist had a pair of helpers. Blade Schreiner made 24 saves. In Sunday’s win, Maser had a pair of goal and both Cruz Evens and Johnson had a goal and an assist. Gilchrist and Ben Rocheleau each tallied a solo marker. Dawson Ressler made 43 saves in the win. The U13A Hounds (9-2) are off until Nov. 23 and 24. U15 The U15AA South East Athletic Club Tigers won a pair of home games this weekend, beating the Foothills Bisons 7-3 on Saturday and 5-3 over the Red Deer Chiefs on Sunday. Mason Pollard had a goal with two assists and Beckham Girletz had two goals in Saturday’s win. Conner Hofer had a goal and an assist and all three of Maddox Mikkelson, Dylan Dick and Cooper Danroth had a goal. Brayden Tschritter made 43 saves in the win. On Sunday, Danroth led the offence with a goal and two assists. Decker Knoll, FinnWillerton, Pollard and Liam Jaspers all scored a solo tally. Hunter Munro made 18 saves. The U15AA SEAC Tigers (5-5-0-2) are on the road Friday before hosting the Wheatland Warriors on Saturday. The U15AAA SEAC Tigers had one game this weekend, a 5-4 overtime win Friday over the Lethbridge Golden Hawks. Carter Gilchrist had two goals with an assist in the win, scoring the overtime winner 1:47 into the extra frame. Nelson Sonna Soufo and Cole Siewert each had a goal and an assist, Chase Droeske found twine as well Paxton Smigelski made 39 saves. The U15AAA SEAC Tigers’ (4-7) next action is at the 51st annual Medicine Hat Hockey Hounds tournament, kicking off the tournament Thursday night at 8:15 p.m. at the Kinplex against the Weyburn Redwings. U16 The U16AA Hounds lost both games on the road this weekend. The Hounds lost 7-4 Saturday to the Red Deer Chiefs and 11-3 to the West Central Tigers on Sunday. Maecen Nelson, Kian Lang and Alexander Schabler each had a goal and an assist on Friday, with Creed Geekie adding a goal as well. Treyton Wilson made 30 saves. On Saturday, Nixon Finnie, Caleb Whyte-Duheme and Matix Berner each had a solo marker and both Wilson and Connor Schmaltz made a combined 29 saves. The U16AA Hounds (0-10) are on the road Saturday. U17 The U17AAA SEAC Tigers hosted the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Sunday for their annual Cancer awareness game. The Tigers lost 6-5 with Lethbridge scoring the game winner in the last two minutes of the game. Treyden Kleinknecht and Illya Khazov each had a goal with two assists, Carter Allan had a goal and an assist and both Mason Seibel and Arlo Heal had a goal. Carson Jerome made 22 saves in net. The U17AAA SEAC Tigers (2-6-0-1) are on the road for a pair of games this weekend. U18 The U18AA Hounds had a pair of wins, beating the East Kootenay Avalanche 7-3 on Saturday and shutting out the Golden Suns 5-0 Sunday. Parker Kienzle had two goals with an assist on Saturday. Both Joey Clarke and Randen Collier had a goal and an assist, all three of Ethan Hall, Jaxon Bohrn and Nixon Kunkel had a goal. Owen Gustafson had three helpers, Kolter Gans made 36 saves. Hudson Corbett made 32 stops in the shutout win Sunday. Hall, Gustafson and Collier each had a goal and an assist and both Bohrn and Kunkel had solo tallies. The U18AA Hounds (5-4-0-3) host the Avalanche on Saturday at the Moose Rec Centre and the Olds Grizzlys on Sunday at the Hockey Hounds arena. 32
