The Hounds beat the Central Alberta Selects 9-4 on Saturday and topped the Okotoks Oilers 13-8 on Sunday. Beckham Sprunger had four goals and an assist for a five-point effort. Weston Haslbeck collected four assists. Diesel Bishop scored twice and Ben Rocheleau, Teddy Maser and Haysten Biech each scored a solo marker. Lade Schreiner made 32 saves in the win. Against Okotoks, Raylan Johnson had a hat trick, adding an assist to his tally. Maser had two goals with two assists and Sprunger added two goals with three assists. Rocheleau and Bishop each had a pair of goals, and both Biech and Haslbeck recorded a goal and an assist. Dawson Ressler made 24 saves in the win. The U13AA Hounds (6-1) have a pair of road games this weekend. U15 The U15AA South East Athletic Club Tigers lost 4-2 Saturday to the West Central Tigers. Maddox Mikkelson and Eason Smith each scored for the Tigers, Hunter Munro made 27 saves. The U15AA Tigers (2-4-0-2) are on the road for a pair of games on Friday and Saturday. The U15AAA SEAC Tigers dropped a pair of games over the weekend. They lost 4-1 to the Northwest Calgary Flames on Saturday. Nelson Sonna Soufo scored their lone goal, Paxton Smigelski made 46 saves. The Tigers lost 7-3 Sunday to the Calgary Northstars. Sonna Soufo had a goal and an assist and both Canaan Fleck and Chase Droeske scored a goal. Jake Druar made 32 saves. The U15AAA SEAC Tigers (2-6) host the Calgary Royals on Saturday at the Hockey Hounds arena (4:45 p.m) before facing the Okotoks Oilers on the road Sunday. U17 The U17AAA SEAC Tigers picked up three points in a pair of overtime games. They beat the Airdrie Avalanche 2-1 on Saturday and tied the Red Deer North Star Chiefs 6-6 on Sunday. Dane Friedt scored the overtime winner on Saturday, finding twine 1:46 into the extra frame. Brody Dick had the Tigers first goal, Kayden Van Ham made 36 saves. In Sunday’s draw, Treyden Kleinknecht had three goals with an assist. Illya Khazov and Kade Dickie each had a goal and an assist, Logan Neuls had a solo tally. Carson Jerome made 26 saves. The U17AAA SEAC Tigers (2-3-0-1) have two homes games this weekend at the Hockey Hounds arena, hosting the Calgary Northstars on Saturday (2 p.m) and the Calgary Royals on Sunday (12:30 p.m). U18 The U18AA Hounds picked up three points, with a 5-0 win Saturday over the Wheatland Chiefs and a 1-1 draw with the CRAA Gold on Sunday. Kayne Wright worked 31 saves in the shutout win Saturday, Grady Ford had two goals and two assists. Randen Collier had a goal and an assist and both Owen Gustafson and Mavric Ward each tallied a goal. In Sunday’s draw, Ford had the lone Medicine Hat goal and Kolter Gans made 38 saves. The U18AA Hounds (3-3-0-2) are on the road for a pair of games this weekend. 27
