The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program is challenging residents to put their nature knowledge to the test with a game-show themed event. Nature Jeopardy will be hosted at Police Point Park on Aug. 13 with one time slot from 7-8 p.m. and one from 8-9 p.m. Teams will be able to earn points by responding with the question that fits the answer in a variety of nature-related categories. “Everyone is bound to learn something new about the natural world in which we live,” said Genevieve Mathieu, park interpreter. “The cost to play is only $10 per team, so gather 3-5 nature lovers and call the Nature Centre to register your team for a time slot today.” The event is open to children 13 years of age or older, but they must be accompanied by an adult. 5
