AMAC Swim Club has two swimmers race at Western Canadian championships

The Alberta Marlina Aquatic Club had two swimmers race against the best in the West this weekend.

Rowynn Biffart and Caen McWilliams of AMAC raced at the Western Canadian Championships in Winnipeg, hosted by Swim Canada.

Biffart raced in the females aged 13-15 category, finishing first in the 200m Breast A-Final with a new Sr. Olympic Trial Time, second in the 200m IM A final, third in the 200m IM and fifth in the 100m Fly A Final with a new Jr. Olympic Trial Time.

In the female 13 and over open age category, she placed 24th in 50m Breast, 25th in 50m Fly and 28th in 50m Free.

McWilliams raced in the male 14-16 age category, placing 19th in the 200m Back.

Next up for the AMAC club is the Dino Cup swim meet in Calgary April 13-14.
