After getting shut out 6-0 Friday on the road by the Lethbridge Hurricanes, the Hounds picked up a win Saturday. They beat the Golden Suns 5-4, scoring twice in the final 10 minutes for the victory. Carter Jarvis had two goals and both Michael Fauth and Kovann Chisholm had a goal and an assist each. Chisholm potted the game winner. Diesel Bishop also scored for the Hounds and Colson Neigum made 27 saves. Hunter Munro made 36 saves in Friday’s loss. The U13 Hounds (11-6-1) have one game this weekend, hosting the Foothills Bisons on Saturday. U15 The U15AAA SEAC Tigers had a difficult weekend on the road, dropping both contests. They opened the weekend with a 4-3 loss Friday against the Lethbridge Val Matteoti Golden Hawks. Carson Ward, Rhyder Arnold and Logan Neuls each scored and both Sasha Shushkov and Paxton Smigelski split duties in net with 39 saves. The Tigers were shutout 1-0 Sunday by the Calgary Northstars. Shushkov made 18 saves in that loss. The U15AAA Tigers (2-9-0-1) host the Calgary Royals on Saturday before hitting the road Sunday. U16 The U16AA Hounds split their weekend slate of games. The Hounds opened the weekend with a 4-1 win Saturday over the Wheatland Raiders. Brody Dick scored twice and both Jon Jackle and Jaxon Bohrn each scored in the win. Kayden Van Ham made 61 saves. The Hounds were shut out 8-0 Sunday by the NWCAA Bronks. Grady Brost and Van Ham split duties in net, making a combined 58 saves. The U16 Hounds (3-10-1) host the Okotoks Oilers on Saturday. U17 The U17AAA SEAC Tigers had one game this weekend, a 4-0 win over the Lethbridge Headwater Hurricanes on Saturday. Carter Allan scored twice, and Randen Collier and Karter Kurpjuweit each scored a goal. Kayne Wright made 27 saves for the shutout win. The U17 Tigers (8-6) have two road games this weekend. 20
