TORONTO – Two Proline retail bettors earned huge returns from their successful soccer parlays this weekend.
According to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp., one bettor earned a $597,354.90 payout from a $25 wager on a 12-leg soccer parlay across six leagues.
The biggest contributor to the payoff came from the bettor correctly predicting that Bayern Munich would beat Mainz in the German Bundesliga on Saturday, with both teams scoring in the first half.
Another retail bettor earned $152,693.50 from a $50 bet on another 12-leg soccer parlay.
Neither winner has come forth yet to receive their prize.
