The Tigers split their weekend slate, winning 7-5 Saturday against the Okotoks Oilers before falling 3-2 Sunday against the CAC Gregg Distributors. Carter Allan led SEAC’s offence with two goals and an assist. Elijah Fleck had a goal and an assist and both Colby Motz and Parker Kienzle added a goal each. Kolter Gans made 27 saves for the win. In Sunday’s loss against CAC, Colby Gulliver and Karter Kurpjuweit each had a goal. Kayne Wright made 25 saves. The U17AAA Tigers (3-1) have one game on the road this weekend. U13 The U13AA Hounds had one game over the weekend, winning 6-1 Saturday against the Golden Suns. Two Hounds had three points, with Macen Ibach notching two goals and an assist and Carter Jarvis totalling a goal with two assists. Cooper Danroth had two goals and Diesel Biship had a goal. Colson Neigum Ade 17 saves for the win. The Hounds (3-2-1) have two games over the weekend, hosting the Golden Suns on Saturday at the Hockey Hounds arena. U15 The U15AAA SEAC Tigers lost both of their games over the weekend, falling 5-1 Friday against the Calgary Bisons and losing 4-1 Saturday against the Calgary Northstars. Carson Ward had the Tigers’ lone goal Friday. Goaltenders Paxton Smigelski and Alexander Shushkov split duties in net, making a combined 28 saves. In Saturday’s loss, Illya Khazov sacred the only Medicine Hat goal with Shushkov making 43 saves. U16 The U16AA Hounds dropped both their weekend contests, falling 13-1 Saturday against the NWCAA Bronks and 5-1 Sunday against the CBHA Hawks. Ethan Hall scored the Hounds lone goal Saturday while Kayden Van Ham 58 saves. In Sunday’s defeat, Jon Jackle had Medicine hat’s only goal with Grady Brost making 38 saves. The U16AA Hounds (2-3) host the Airdrie Havoc on Saturday at the Hockey Hounds arena. U18 The U18AA Hounds had one game over the weekend, a 4-4 draw Sunday against the CBHA Hawks. Nolen Sutherland had two goals to lead the offence, with Hayden Gebhart adding a goal and an assist and Braxton Spencer collecting two assists. Benjamin Foss scored the Hounds other goal. Parker McLaughlin made 39 saves in the tie. The U18AA Hounds (1-1-1) have one game this weekend, hosting the CBHA Rangers at the Kinplex on Saturday. 23
