Chamber holding business marketing and networking event next week

McNally’s Taphouse is hosting a Chamber of Commerce event next week that aims to assist entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals. Learn from the Experts brings together top-notch industry people for an evening of information, networking, food and drink to give Medicine Hat’s business community a one-stop shop for all things business related. Various topics include working with the city to set up or expand your business, persisting through adversity, capitalizing on market opportunity and more. The event goes Sept. 28 from 7-9 p.m. The first Learn from the Experts was held in June, and this one will follow a similar speed-dating-style of conversation, giving all attendees an opportunity to speak with each expert. Experts in attendance are Wes Peterson of Peterson Consulting, Olivia Thorington of Pattison Media, Richard Munro from Memory Lane, Lee Krasilowez from the Medicine Hat Public School Division, Kristina Hoffman from the City of Medicine Hat, Elise Harlick of Coulee Ridge Development and Marcus Campbell from Terralta.
