OTTAWA – Crown attorney Tim Radcliffe opened the criminal trial of “Freedom Convoy” organizers Tamara Lich and Chris Barber by informing the court he intends to call 22 witnesses, including police and city representatives and former Ottawa mayor Jim Watson.
