One male injured in single-vehicle collision on Cypress County road

At the very least, one man is facing serious, life-threatening injuries following a single-vehicle collision on Township Road 120 near the Range Road 60 intersection. Redcliff RCMP responded to the scene early Monday evening and remained there for several hours, past press time. The RCMP media department told the News just before deadline that the driver had struck the structure holding up a railroad crossing bar. The status of the driver, who was taken to hospital, was not officially known by press time. 5-4
