Council to view bylaw amendment to allow trap, fix, release program

An amended version of the city’s Responsible Animal Ownership Bylaw No. 3935 was referred to council for adoption earlier this week during a public services committee meeting. If adopted, the amended bylaw would support introduction of a trap-fix release program in Medicine Hat. 2-1
