OTTAWA – Logan Morrison scored four goals and the Ottawa 67’s cruised past the Niagara Icedogs 6-1 on Friday.

Vinzenz Rohrer and Brady Stonehouse added the others for Ottawa (36-10-2-2). Collin MacKenzie turned away 14 of the 15 shots he faced.

Alex Assadourian scored for Niagara (9-33-6-1), which dropped its eighth straight. Owen Flores made 35 saves.

The 67’s jumped out to a 6-0 lead before Assadourian put the Icedogs on the board with 5:41 remaining in the contest.

GUELPH, ONT. – Chandler Romeo scored what proved to be the winner as the Guelph Storm edged the Flint Firebirds 5-4.

KITCHENER, ONT. – Matthew Sop and Carson Rehkopf each had a hat trick as the Kitchener Rangers pummelled the Hamilton Bulldogs 8-1.
