Veiner Centre hosting Holiday fundraiser Dec. 16

Medicine Hat’s Veiner Centre is inviting community members to gather ’round for a warm turkey dinner during its Dec. 16 Holiday fundraiser. While the focus of the fundraiser – 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – is the festive feast, there will also be door prizes and a 50/50 draw, as well as a visit from Santa Claus. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward centre-offered programs and services for seniors. Tickets are required for the event and can be purchased for $20 each at the centre’s reception desk. Only 200 tickets are available for the event. 5-4
