With a little over one month until Christmas Day, Medicine Hat News Santa Claus Fund volunteers are hard at work helping St. Nicholas collect presents for Hatters in need. And community members are invited to help them with their merry mission by donating new toys, stocking stuffers and/or monetary gifts at two events upcoming this week.

Volunteers will be collecting donations this Friday evening at Midnight Madness in Medicine Hat’s downtown from 5-9 p.m., and will be stationed in one of the Towne Square market pods.

Joining them will be Santa Claus, himself – who will be taking pictures with anyone who donates.

Volunteers will be back at it bright and early Saturday morning, as they and Medicine Hat Speedway members come together for the annual Stuff the Stock Car donation drive, taking place in Medicine Hat’s Canadian Tire parking lot from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
