Carson Ward and Kade Dickie each had two goals, and Theron Bensler added a goal and an assist of his own. Hudson Corbett made 20 saves in the win. On Sunday the Tigers lost in overtime 5-4 against the Maple Leaf A.C. Carter Allan, Brennan Finke and Elijah Fleck each had a goal and an assist. Treyden Kleinknecht also added a goal. Grady Brost made 31 saves. The U15AAA Tigers’ (1-11-1) next game is Thursday night against West Central, their first game of the 49th annual Hockey Hounds tournament. The U15AA SEAC Tigers had one game over the weekend, a 4-2 loss on Saturday against the Airdrie Lightning. Karter Kurpjuweit and Logan Neuls each had a goal and an assist in the loss, while Kayden Van Ham made 41 saves. The U15AA Tigers (2-5-2) face the Okotoks Oilers on the road Friday before hosting the West Central Tigers on Sunday at Co-op Place. U13 The U13AAA Medicine Hat Hounds went undefeated in their trio of games. Friday morning they beat Red Deer 4-2. Chase Droeske, Lucas Fisher and Carter Jarvis each had a goal and an assist and Cooper Craven added a goal. Paxton Smigelski made 33 saves. Friday evening the Hounds won in a big way, beating Central Alberta Selects 15-4. George Maser led the way offensively with two goals and five assists. Beckham Girletz had four goals and two assists and Carter Gilchrist had a goal and five assists. Fisher and Jarvis each had three goals and Droeske and Craven each had a goal. Braden Tschritter made 20 saves. On Saturday, the Hounds tied the West Central Tigers 2-2. Gilchrist and Jarvis had a goal each and Smigelski made 34 saves. The U13AA Hounds (8-1-3) host the Okotoks Oilers on Saturday at Co-op Place. U17 The U17AAA SEAC Tigers opened their weekend with a 3-1 loss on Saturday against the AC Avalanche. Hayden Gebhart had the Tigers’ only goal and Kayne Wright made 31 saves. On Sunday, the Tigers lost 5-1 to the Calgary Flames. Tate Bowal had the team’s only goal in that contest, while Kolter Gans made 31 saves in net. The U17AAA Tigers (4-3-1) host the Okotoks Oilers on Saturday at the Moose Rec Centre. 16
