Trio charged after ALERT seizes drugs and cash from four locations

More than $15,000 in drugs and cash were seized following an investigation last week.

On Oct. 27 and 28 search warrants were executed by ALERT Medicine Hat’s Organized Crime Section on three locations in the city and one in Redcliff.

Police say they seized 104 grams of methamphetamine, 28 grams of fentanyl, $3,180 in cash, ammunition and a small amount of cocaine.

Two Medicine Hat and one Redcliff residents have been charged following the investigations.

Nicole Kilthau was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine and possession of proceeds of crime. The 43-year-old Hatter was released and is to appear in Medicine Hat Provincial Court on Nov. 10.

Brian Aske was charged with two counts of Breaching a Court Order. The 44-year-old Aske from Redcliff was released and is to appear in Medicine Hat Provincial Court on Nov. 15.

Allison Keller was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime. The 39-year-old from Medicine Hat was released and is to appear in Medicine Hat Provincial Court on Nov. 17.

ALERT completed the investigation with assistance from the Redcliff RCMP.
