sports@medicinehatnews.com@MedicineHatNews The Medicine Hat College Rattlers golfers are holding their own through three rounds of the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Golf National Championship. Two Rattlers, Chase Broderson and Colby Friedrich, remain in the top 10 of the tournament hosted by Durham College in Ajax, Ont. After round three Wednesday, Broderson was in sixth place after shooting a 71. Friedrich was tied for 10th with a third round score of 84. Matthew Bremer from the Humber Hawks sits in first place after shooting 72. Rattlers golfers Jayden Dudas, Matt Taylor and Jonathan Bartman sit outside the top 10, finishing the day tied for 15th, 38th and 50th, respectively. The Rattlers men’s team remains in the middle of the action, sitting in fifth place of the 10-team field at 83-over par. Libby Bourassa is the only Rattler competing in the women’s side and she sits in 14th with a third- round score of 96. Her Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference women’s team is at 106-over and sits in fifth place. The final round of the tournament wraps up this afternoon. 8
