Southeast Albertans are making a difference while having fun this weekend during Quonset Days music festival, which kicks off tonight in Seven Persons. With multiple acts taking the stage, there’s a lot to see during the three-day festival, all proceeds from which go to the ASL Society of Alberta. A free shuttle is running between Medicine Hat and Seven Persons through the festival. Check out the itinerary and shuttle times below to ensure you catch performances by your favourite musicians. Thursday Gates open at 7 p.m., as does the beer garden and food truck alley. A local act will open the show at 7 p.m., followed by a live auction at 8 p.m. and Jason McCoy at 9 p.m. A portion of this evening’s proceeds will go towards HALO Air Ambulance. The shuttle departs from Browns Social House at 6 p.m. and the Garage Pub and Eatery at 6:15 p.m. Returning at 11:15 p.m. Friday Gates open at 5 p.m. The beer garden, food truck alley, a silent auction and tractor race also open at that time. Tim and the Glory Boys take centre stage at 7 p.m., followed by the Reklaws at 9 p.m. and the Chevelles at 10:45 p.m. The shuttle to Seven Persons runs 5-8 p.m., departing from Browns and Garage. The return shuttle runs from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Shuttles operate on a 45 minute turnaround schedule. Saturday A pancake breakfast starts the day off at 9 a.m. and a silent auction takes place at noon. The party kicks into gear at 4 p.m. when the beer garden opens, with Phoenix performing at 4:30 p.m. Pedal tractor races are being held at 6 p.m., followed by Steven Lee Olsen’s performance at 7 p.m. At 8:30 p.m., the live auction will kick off. Corb Lund and Reese Klaiber will end the festival with performances at 10 p.m. and midnight, respectively. The shuttle to Seven Persons runs 4-8 p.m., departing from Browns and Garage. The return shuttle runs from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Shuttles operate on a 45 minute turnaround schedule. 13
