City residents can locate, map out trails on Trails Near Me widget

A new tool released by the City of Medicine Hat on Monday allows Hatters to easily locate and map out trails near their place of residence. The Trails Near Me widget, available on myMH portal, calculates the distance between a person’s residence and the nearest trail access point and the length of the trail. It also includes information about the trail, such as the type of material the trail is made of. Users who wish to look beyond their immediate area, are able to access additional information about the city’s trail network through the widget. 4-3
