Police seize drugs, weapon in search of home

kking@medicinehatnews.com Medicine Hat police seized 4.5 oz of cocaine, 250 ml of GHB and a loaded 12-inch shotgun Tuesday, following a search of a residence on the 500 block of Fourth Street SW. Forty-one-year-old Medicine Hat resident Luc Reaume was arrested following the search and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, careless storage of a firearm and possession of a firearm without holding a valid licence. Reaume was released following a Judicial Interim Release. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 21. 5-4
