Clocks change Sunday morning

It’s that time of year again to turn the clocks ahead for Daylight Saving Time. The time change will take place Sunday at 2 a.m. Hatters are also encouraged to test their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors and change the batteries if necessary. 2-1
