AARON ZAHN

1969 ~ 2021

Aaron Leroy Zahn passed away at St. Joseph’s Home – Carmel Hospice in Medicine Hat on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at the age of 51 years. Along with his beloved wife, Jennifer, left to cherish Aaron’s memory is his son, Josh; parents, Leroy (Sandra) Zahn; sisters, Cindy (Mark) Sorenson and Rena (Cordell) Turner as well as numerous aunts and uncles. He was predeceased by his grandparents. Aaron loved spending time with family. He loved going on his annual fishing trips and spending time with the guys. Aaron had a great skill for creating an oasis for himself and Jenn in their backyard where they spent many wonderful days. Aaron was always cheerful and loved living life to the fullest. Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. with Murray Jaster officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery. OBERHAMMER, CLIFFORD JOHN

December 21, 1933 – March 27, 2021

Clifford Oberhammer passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday March 27, 2021 at the age of 87 years. Clifford is predeceased by his wife of over 60 years, Ruth since January 2021; daughter, Judy Dwinnell; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He is survived by his 4 children, Donna (Joe) Poirier, Debbie (John) Goosen, Dale (David) Whitford & Jody Oberhammer; 12 grandchildren including Judy-Marie (Guy) Cormier who took care of him in his last months; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Alvin (Joanne) and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
