Christmas tree drop-off locations open until end of January

Now that the Holidays are over people are going to need to dispose of their Christmas trees this winter.

The City of Medicine Hat has three tree disposal locations up around the city and they are open until the end of January.

The locations are at 240 Kipling St. SE, 172 Altawana Dr. NE and the Medicine Hat Mall parking lot near Best Buy.

People are asked to drop off just the tree, with no plastic bags, decorations or tree stands.
