A motor vehicle collision on Saturday resulted in injuries. At about 1:35 p.m. a Toyota Rav4 was travelling south on Carry Drive when a Mercedes Benz GLC that was going east on Calder Road failed to yield, resulting in a T-bone collision, says a Medicine Hat Police Service report. The people in the Rav4 had to be treated for injuries, and damage to the vehicles in estimated to be about $40,000. Police say charges are pending against the driver of the Mercedes but neither speed nor alcohol are considered to be contributing factors in the collision. 5
