Hat man wins $250K with EXTRA win

Medicine Hatter Gerald Kat has won $250,000 after guessing all seven numbers of the EXTRA number on his Lotto Max ticket for the Oct. 16 draw.
Kat nabbed his winning ticket from the Maple Avenue Co-Op gas bar.
He says he is stunned to win.
