A Medicine Hat man already wanted on suspicion of robbery is in custody in Brooks after he was picked up following another alleged break-in at a rural property. Mounties from the Brooks detachment say that a landowner chased a suspected trespasser off their property at about 7 p.m. Sunday, with the truck knocking down fences and an irrigation pipe as it went through fields. It became stuck and shortly after RCMP officers took Gerald Mohr, 46, into custody in the area. He is charged with two counts of breaking and entering, theft under $5,000, theft of a motor vehicle and obstruction. Mohr was previously sought on warrants related to a robbery and breaking release conditions. He is in custody and was set to appear in Brooks Provincial Court on Wednesday. 6
