City engineers are set to unveil plans for how to continue replacing water and sewer lines as well as a roadway along a busy mid-town route this summer. Kipling and Spencer Streets connect College Avenue to Kingsway Avenue. Last year, crews worked in portions of the corridor to replace aging water mains, storm drains and sewer lines. An open house on Feb. 26 will outline the next phases of the project that are set to begin this spring. The drop-in meeting put on jointly by the municipal works and environmental utility departments will be held at the municipal works building, 188 Kipling St., from 4-6 p.m. A second open house with information about the traffic plan will take place closer to the start of construction. 6
