A Christmas favourite – The Tartones – will be performing on Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m. in St. John’s Presbyterian Church.

The Tartones, a men’s four-part choir known for its harmony, will present seasonal Christmas songs along with other favourites as part of the concert – Christmas With The Tartones.

The choir of almost 20 men is directed by Judith Dickie with accompanist Alison Kapcala.

Paul Nederveen has been singing with The Tartones for more than 20 years.

“I love to sing…I like singing with other people,” said Nederveen.

There is no entrance fee but there will be a free-will offering taken and after the concert there will be a social time in the church hall.

St. John’s Presbyterian Church is located at 502 Second Street SE.
