Hatter Hodgins finishes seventh at junior golf provincials

Medicine Hat’s Ryan Hodgins settled for a seventh place finish in the Alberta Junior Championship at High River’s Highwood Golf and Country Club Friday. Hodgins shot a six-over 76 in Friday’s final round to drop one spot into seventh with a final score of 71-67-75-76-289. Red Deer’s Carter Graf won the event with a 279 after shooting a one-over 71 in the final round. Fellow Hatters Caleb Kinch and Nolan Burzminski finished 34th and 35th, respectively. Kinch shot a 73 to move up 10 spots and round out his week at 308 while Burzminski shot a 79 to close out at 309. 5-4
