In high school baseball Wednesday night the Hat High Mohawks dropped an 8-6 decision to the Swift Current 57’s. Austin Moch had a solid outing, going 4 1/3 innings without allowing any earned runs. Hayden Hall went 3-for-4 and Kayden Hleuke 2-for-2. Crescent Heights beat the Tier 2 Mohawks 15-6, scoring in all but one inning. Reed Girling went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI and Cale Ferguson went 5 1/3 innings, striking out seven in the win. Dylan Lefler was the only Mohawk with a multiple-hit game, going 2-for-3. Trevin Ressler was saddled with the loss, though seven of the 11 runs he allowed in five innings were due to errors. 5
