They haven’t won a game in San Diego but that’s not to say the Hat High Mohawks haven’t played well according to their head coach. Lyall Foran wrote that “luck hasn’t been on their side,” during the past few days, as the Hat bats have remained cool in the face of tough American pitching. They lost 6-4 Wednesday to Morse High School, putting up just as many hits as their opposition but unable to keep things going after a three-run first inning. Zac Henderson, Josh Stark and Ashtyn Street each had two hits while Jack Didack only let up one run on two hits in three innings on the mound. Aidan Rissling took the loss. 5
