Southeast Alberta Teachers’ Convention raised $1,200 for three local charities as the result of its “Teachers Give Back” raffle

Medicine Hat News The Southeast Alberta Teachers’ Convention raised $1,200 for three local charities as the result of its “Teachers Give Back” raffle. The funds were divided into $400 donations for the Medicine Hat Be Youth Centre, Brooks’ SPCE and Oyen Family Community Support Service. There were six gift baskets raffled off with donations from 35 local businesses. The convention hosted 1,100 teachers from across the region at Medicine Hat College on Feb 21 and 22. 6-5
