Doctor will present on myths, truths about medical marijuana

Medicine Hat News A special presentation by Dr. M. Weigel on the myths and realities of medical marijuana will take place at the Medicine Hat Public Library on Nov. 23, 7:15 p.m. Everyone, regardless of age, is welcome to attend. The event is part of the Palliser Friends of Medicare’s annual general meeting that will take place briefly before Dr. Weigel speaks. Some of the questions to be addressed include the effects of marijuana and how it fits into the public health system.
