Oyen teen breaks bail condition that he not contact any minors

Medicine Hat News A man facing trial on child luring charges has been arrested in Oyen for breaking bail conditions that prevent him from contacting minors, the Oyen RCMP stated Thursday in a release. Police allege the man approached two young girls and also failed to report to the Oyen detachment while he awaits a trial in Medicine Hat court on similar charges. Austin Morgan Palmer, 19, has been charged with breaching his probation and breaching his recognizance conditions. He is in custody with a date to appear on those charges in Medicine Hat Provincial Court on Oct. 3. 5-4
