Kowalchuk named to national chamber board of directors

Lisa Kowalchuk, the executive director of the Medicine Hat and District Chamber of Commerce, has been appointed to the nationwide Chamber's board of directors. She;s the only executive director from a local Chamber to sit on the national board.

The executive director of Medicine Hat’s Chamber of Commerce has been appointed to the nation-wide Chamber’s board of directors.

Lisa Kowalchuk is currently returning from Thunder Bay, where she was attending the 2018 Canadian Chamber of Commerce annual general meeting.

“Huge accomplishment and great for (the) community,” president Sarah MacKenzie, who’s also in Thunder Bay, tweeted Sunday.
